Welcome to Swift Publishing Co. (“Swift Publishing”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, publishing tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Swift Publishing Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

4. Your Submitted Content

By submitting manuscripts, images, or other creative materials (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have permission to use that content. You retain all ownership rights but grant Swift Publishing Co. a limited license to use, print, and distribute your materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your publishing and production orders.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency (USD or CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before production begins. Swift Publishing Co. uses secure payment processors, and all financial transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with industry standards.

6. Production and Delivery

Our publishing and printing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability, or shipping delays. Swift Publishing Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or factors beyond our control.

7. Refunds and Revisions

Due to the customized nature of our publishing services, refunds are generally not offered once production has started. However, we may consider revisions or corrections in cases of production errors directly attributable to Swift Publishing Co. All requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. Swift Publishing Co. reserves the right to refuse any project that violates these standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swift Publishing Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Publishing Co., its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
